The workshop was well received and appreciated by all participants. It was very interactive and the trainer made the session more interesting by conducting several games to ensure that the participants understood the real meaning of interactivity as well as collective working.

Even the introductory session was educational - the trainer made sure that the participants' way of introducing themselves was corrected then and there and demonstrating better self presentation as well as improving the communication skills.

There was a lot of emphasis on effectively communicating.
