Prior to that, Ms. Narayanan was part of management of Covansys (India), another global IT solutions provider. Her career started in the US where Ms. Narayanan has worked on large systems for various companies such as Pennzoil, Sprint Communications, etc. before relocating back to India.

Over the years, in her technical and managerial capacity, she has completed various types of projects - ERP solutions, ecommerce portals, large systems solutions, integration solutions, and hundreds of commercial applications for several customers. Her industry experience includes telecommunications, oil and gas, manufacturing, and insurance.

She has helped companies obtain ISO-9001 certificate and CMMI quality assessments.

She has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from University of Houston, Texas. She has a CDP certificate from ICCP. She is a certified PMP from PMI. She is an Executive Management Program Alumni of IIM Bangalore.

V P Rajini Reddy is the co-founder and whole-time director of Exemplarr Worldwide Limited. All the strategic business units and support functions are within her purview. She brings with her, a vast experience of 14 years in high-caliber management and holds an Engineering degree from Sri Venkateswara University. In the year 1996, along with two Business partners, she set up a training center to cater the training needs of all the IT and ITES sectors like – Medical Transcription, Medical Billing, Call Center etc. After 3 years, in 1999, she co-founded RR Infotech, now known as Exemplarr Worldwide, a BPO along with her husband, Mr.GRK Reddy. Exemplarr was initially set up offering services in the HealthCare sector and later diversified into various domains like document management services, Legal services, Architectural & Engineering services and E-Publishing.
