The Seminar on "Opportunties For Women In Technical Leadership Roles" organized by eWIT on August 29th at Hotel Savera was well appreciated by participants. Ms.Rajalakshmi introduced Mrs.Mary Koshy and her Team who had come from M/s.Extreme Networks a Corporate Member of eWIT. There were total of 20 participants.

Women in Technology domain was the theme of the programme.
The following points were the main areas of discussion.

• Maintaining an active networking circle.
• Initiative for knowledge sharing.
• Balance family and work priorities.
• Leveraging strengths vs weaknesses .
• Upgrading skill levels .
• Mapping about your career.

Mrs. Mini shared her views about successful work life balance strategy which reduces stress level, increases job satisfaction for employees resulting in increased productivity for the employer, reduced attrition and health care costs for the employer. This in turn leads to a balanced work family life and also creates a positive impact on society in the long run.

Net working/multitasking is natural to women. It should be used very effectively.
