On 8th August, Mr Ganesh Chella, Founder of Totus Consulting and Co-founder & Member Governing Board Executive & Business Coaching Foundation India Limited conducted a training program on Mentoring and Coaching for senior eWIT members.
eWIT members found the workshop very educative and interesting. They were enlightened on how to become better Mentors themselves and also on how to implement a mentorship program successfully in their organisations. |
